Suntera Global has expanded into the US via the acquisition of Socium Fund Services.

Founded in 2016, Socium provides fund administration services to private equity, private credit, venture capital and real estate fund managers. Services include accounting and administration, investor services, reporting services, treasury, tax as well as regulatory and compliance.
