Suntera Global has expanded into the US via the acquisition of Socium Fund Services.

Founded in 2016, Socium provides fund administration services to private equity, private credit, venture capital and real estate fund managers. Services include accounting and administration, investor services, reporting services, treasury, tax as well as regulatory and compliance. Headquartered in New Jersey, the firm has additional offices in California and Arizona.

As part of the acquisition, Socium’s team has joined Suntera and has been rebranded as “Socium, a Suntera Global Company”.

“This is a major strategic move for us, reflecting our ambition to expand into a new, major market that offers significant growth potential,” commented Suntera’s group CEO David Hudson.
