Tax consultancy Wheelhouse launches
Wheelhouse Advisors has launched, following a PE-backed MBO of the financial & regulatory reporting and tax divisions of ACA Compliance.
The London-based firm, which has a team of 40 people, provides management, regulatory reporting, accounting, tax, human resources consultancy and outsourcing solutions to both FCA regulated businesses or via a regulatory hosting platform.
Typical clients include start-ups, spinouts and international firms expanding operations to the UK, as well as overseas investment managers marketing funds into the UK and the EU.
