TDA 2022 Technology: Investor Relations winner: PEARonline

by Alice Murray 15 August 2022

PEARonline’s client rosta reads like a who’s who of private equity, which didn’t go unnoticed by the judging panel, who also praised the company’s high levels of customer service and work on its new version.

According to PEARonline, the company’s mission is to improve the efficiency of LP-GP workflows, to ensure that investment strategy need never be dictated by investment administration constraints.

Having been in the market for 16 years, PEARonline has built a strong foundation with GPs and LPs, enabling the tech provider to work on its new version, as well as expand its sales and marketing resources. PEARonline’s client-facing team has an average of 25 years of private equity experience. “This enables us to develop deep relationships with our clients, understanding both their immediate issues and their longer-term concerns, in turn enabling us to develop innovative new services to address these concerns,” says the team.

PEARonline’s pricing model is structured to be straightforward, transparent, and aligned with the way its clients view their funds. “We know from experience that nobody likes hidden surprises so pricing is fixed subject to generous fair-use limits, and fixed for the life of the fund. We believe cost should never be a barrier to GPs seeking to move from insecure email communication, so our pricing is reasonable,” adds the team.
