Eggleston has 20 years of business management and leadership experience across financial services, utilities, retail and technology sectors. Of those, 11 years have been spent working within investment, portfolio company and technology leadership in the private equity space. One example is BGF, where Eggleston was part of the initial executive team that built the GP, and scaled to more than 280 portfolio company investments, while establishing the firm’s technology platform and data capability from scratch.
