Experience

Prior to joining Montana Capital Partners (MCP) as CTO, Gloor worked for LGT Bank Switzerland overseeing various large IT projects. “I have also been working in private equity for almost seven years holding different roles. My whole professional career so far has been in the finance industry, an ever changing, challenging sector and I am glad to be part of it,” says Gloor.

Achievements

Since joining the Swiss-based secondaries house in March 2021, Gloor’s main achievements include the update of the IT infrastructure to a modern, flexible and scalable environment that is up for the challenge within the industry.
