Stuart Mair joined BC Partners in London in 2011, initially joining as applications manager and then being promoted to head of IT. Prior to that, Mair was a founding partner at Cognite, an internet and IT services consultancy, where he was responsible for all aspects of project delivery and software development for 12 years, working with the public sector, large legal firms and the not for profit sector.
