Private equity and the new reality of coronavirus says that firms need to five kinds of adjustments:

  • Take care of employees
  • Ensure continuity of critical processes
  • Prioritise the portfolio
  • Asses investment strategy, asset allocation and financing
  • Support LPs and consider stakeholders.
