Third Bridge launches value chain solution
Third Bridge, an investment research company, has launched “Maps” to visualise company value chains in a single view and assist deal doers with their research.
Integrated into Third Bridge’s content platform, the feature should illustrate an entity’s commercial structure, including suppliers, customers and competitors. According to the company, Maps are created by analysts through profiling sessions with senior executives in relevant industries.
“Maps is a way for professional investors to ‘see’ investment research and we are proud to launch a world first,” said co-founder and chief product officer at Third Bridge, Rodolphe de Hemptinne. “Maps enables analysts to be far more effective and undertake days worth of early-stage research in minutes.”
Joshua Maxey, co-founder at Third Bridge added: “We think visualisation and integration are the next big moments for investment research. Our Forum product, which was launched in 2012, effectively defined a new ‘transcripts’ category.
