Throgmorton expands into Australia

by Krystal Scanlon 2 October 2020

Throgmorton has expanded its tax compliance, accounting, HR, payroll and company secretarial services in Australia via offices in Sydney and Melbourne.

Apex has been rapidly expanding Throgmorton since it acquired the business in June 2019. In March, Throgmorton launched in the US, in April, the corporate solutions arm opened in Jersey, followed by Switzerland in June.

This expansion also follows the launch of Throgmorton Compliance Solutions in July, at which time Julie Ferguson was named co-head to lead the business alongside previously announced co-head Mel Scotland.
