TiG acquires MMRIT

by Alice Murray 2 March 2020

Managed services company TiG Data Intelligence has acquired London-based IT services provider MMRIT.

The deal marks the second purchase since TiG received backing from the BGF in July 2018, designed to take advantage of consolidation opportunities within the UK IT managed services and digital transformation space. The first acquisition was of netConsult in January 2019.

According to TiG, with this acquisition, the enlarged group becomes one of the largest IT service providers to the London alternative financial services market.
