TMF Group has acquired Goodbody Fund Management, a company providing fund administration services, with the aim of deepening its footprint in Ireland.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Dublin, Goodbody advises AIFs and UCITS and provides property management services. The company was part of Goodbody Stockbrokers UC.

According to TMF, this acquisition should raise its AUA to $225bn.

“The acquisition is a fundamental part of a continuing growth story for TMF Group and a strategic intent to develop and grow its global fund services business,” said Daniel Max, head of global solutions at TMF.
