TMF Group acquires Selectra

TMF Group has acquired Luxembourg-based Selectra Management Company from service delivery platform Farad Group.

Established in 2013, Selectra is a regulated independent ManCo, supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). The firm acts as an independent partner for the creation, management and distribution of AIFs and UCITS for European and non-European fund managers. 

The acquisition is part of TMF Group’s wider strategy to grow its fund services business.
