TMF Group partners with Governance.com

TMF Group has partnered with fintech firm Governance.com to further accelerate digital governance through process automation.

Founded in 2014, Governance.com is a low-code process management platform for fund depositaries, ManCos, fund administrators, transfer agencies and other regulated firms. It provides automated solutions for client lifecycle management, corporate governance, risk management, compliance and other digital operations.

The partnership enables TMF’s clients to benefit from screening and compliance security, as well as evidence and risk-based operational monitoring, enabling them to meet regulatory requirements across 85 jurisdictions.

The first integration of five end-to-end solutions is due to be delivered this year.
