UNPRI updates investor reporting framework

by Krystal Scanlon 13 November 2020

United Nations’ Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) has published its new reporting framework for investors.

The report was initially introduced in 2006 as a self-assessment survey. At the time, the UNPRI had 100 signatories. It was upgraded to a full reporting and assessment framework in 2012, which captured most ESG practices from all signatories. Today, UNPRI captures and assesses information on more than 3,000 signatories, which collectively manage more than $103trn in assets.
