Valuations decrease predicted for Q4

Valuation concerns have arisen from the 2H 2022 edition of the Rede Liquidity Index, where 46% of 115 LPs surveyed expected unrealised portfolio valuations to decrease by more than 10% during the second half of the year, after a mostly flat performance in H1.

These challenges have developed amidst a backdrop of plunging valuations across industries after a slowdown in M&A caused by the turbulent macroeconomic environment.
