Vista appoints new CFO

Vista Equity Partners has appointed Lauren Dillard as chief financial officer and senior managing director.

She takes over from John Warnken-Brill, who is retiring from the role after 15 years.

Dillard joins from Nasdaq, where she has spent the last three years as head of investment intelligence, executive vice president. In this role she was responsible for driving expansion across Nasdaq’s index, data and investment analytics businesses for clients, including global asset managers, asset owners, consultants, retail brokers and fintechs.
