Vistra receives regulatory approval for India’s GIFT City

by Krystal Scanlon 17 March 2022

Vistra has received regulatory approval to set up operations in India’s new Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City).

News of Vistra’s GIFT City regulatory approval comes after Apex Group secured its GIFT City licence last November, after opening its third Indian office in Mumbai. At the time, Apex said it would open a GIFT City office to provide fund administration and ManCo services.
