Volpi Capital closes on continuation fund

by Jon Whiteaker 28 June 2023

Volpi Capital has closed on a continuation vehicle – Volpi Capital Investment Conti LP – which has purchased the remaining interests in the firm’s debut fund.

Fund I had remaining interests in Dutch visual data specialist Cyclomedia and UK-based video surveillance technology company Digital Barriers. These will move to the new vehicle, with Volpi’s third fund – Volpi Capital Investments III – and Cyclomedia’s management team co-investing in Cyclomedia.

Schroders Capital was lead investor in the continuation fund, with existing and new LPs also committing to it.
