Waystone management members depart
Waystone is making some management team changes as COO Paul Cahill, CFO Glen Magee and CEO Derek Delaney have stepped down from their roles.
The board has begun the hiring process for their successors.
Meanwhile, current chair Nancy Lewis will lead the firm full-time alongside the rest of the leadership team.
The shake-up follows Montagu’s and Hg’s acquisition of Waystone in January 2022.
