GPs eyeing rivals for operational lessons
Alternative managers including private equity firms are pro-actively looking at the operational approach of competitors amid a broader drive for organisational efficiency, according to a poll by Hamilton Lane.
Up to 53% of the GPs surveyed by the firm said they are analysing the operational practices and system purchases of rivals. However, most claimed not to be seeking to emulate the approach of any firm in particular.
