Guernsey home to Permira’s latest fund

by Alice Murray 12 November 2019

Permira has domiciled its €11bn seventh fund in Guernsey, bringing total funds under management and administration on the island up to £300bn.

Permira has had a long association with Guernsey, with lawyers from Carey Olsen on the island assisting with the launch, alongside legal counsel Fried Frank.

Partner Tom Carey said: “Carey Olsen has been privileged to work with Permira on the establishment of its Guernsey fund structures for some time and it was pleasing to see Permira VII prove to be yet another hugely successful fundraise for the firm.”
