iCapital appoints four senior leaders

BlackRock-backed iCapital Network has hired Michael Kushner as CFO, Jennifer Ashley as chief people officer, Diane Frankenfield as CMO and Stephen Jacobs as general counsel.

New CFO Kushner joins from JPMorgan where he worked for 19 years in several senior finance and risk management positions.

Newly-named chief people officer Ashley was previously global human resources leader for CBRE, where she spent 15 years.
