Jersey sharpens domiciling appeal with new structure
Private equity GPs looking to do business on Jersey will soon have a new structure to choose from under legislation adopted this week.
On 11 September, the Channel Island’s government approved proposals for a new limited liability company (LLC) structure, for firms to establish their funds and holding companies on Jersey.
The structure, which must now receive the green light from Privy Council, is expected to become available in a few months’ time.
