KKR creates new tech role

KKR has appointed Emilia Sherifova to the newly created role of chief information and innovation officer.

In her new role, Sherifova will lead KKR’s technology and data innovation vision and strategy.

Sherifova joins from Northwestern Mutual where as CTO she led the company’s digital transformation. Sherifova has also held CTO roles at LearnVest and PulsePoint. Prior to that she spent 13 year running technology at OTC Markets Group.
