Ocorian granted Luxembourg licence

Ocorian’s has been granted authorisation in Luxembourg to act as a depositary to alternative investment funds (AIFs).

The move It also complements the other fund administration and accounting services Ocorian already provides in Luxembourg.

Ocorian has offered depositary services to AIFMs since 2014. The firm is licenced in the UK and Jersey to offer the services to closed-ended structures holding non-financial instruments, under the alternative investment fund managers directive (AIFMD).
