Ogier promotes Gonella to counsel
Ogier’s Luxembourg Funds team has promoted managing associate Virginie Gonella to the newly created role of counsel.
In her new position, Gonella will provide advice to PE clients on the establishment and financing of domestic and cross-border regulated and unregulated Luxembourg vehicles, an Ogier spokesperson told The Drawdown. She will also advise on structuring cross border acquisitions in all areas of corporate law.
