Ardian extends profit sharing to portfolio companies

by Matthias Plötz 5 December 2022

Ardian has partnered with Ownership Works in order to expand the firm’s existing practice of profit and value sharing.

Through the partnership, Ardian hopes to promote its existing efforts in profit sharing practices to at least three additional companies by the end of 2024. The relevant program should include a broad-based equity plan for full-time employees with a pathway for sharing in the equity upside, an employee financial education program and an employee engagement program.

Founded in 2021, Ownership Works is a US-based nonprofit organisation which partners with companies and investors.
