Ashurst appoints Gütle in Munich

Law firm Ashurst has hired Jasmin Gütle as a partner in its investment funds practice in Munich.

Gütle joins from Linklaters in Munich, where she worked for 13 years.

She is a qualified tax adviser and specialises in advising semi-institutional investors on fund structuring and investing in alternatives.

Concerning her appointment, Ashurst partner Detmar Loff, said: “Jasmin is a well recognised practitioner and sought after advisor within the German institutional funds community, including amongst pension funds, insurance companies, corporates, fund-of-funds, and family offices, and will be the perfect fit in helping us deepen our funds practice in Germany on the investor and sponsor side in particular.”
