Inflexion appoints ESG director

by Alice Murray 23 February 2022

Inflexion has appointed Jennie Galbraith to the new position of ESG director.

Galbraith brings over 20 years of experience in driving sustainability, and was a founding force behind the Institute for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, where she still serves as chair of the board.

Most recently she served as group head of ESG at FTSE 100 company BAT. There she was responsible for establishing its sustainability agenda and overseeing its development and implementation.

Galbraith’s appointment comes as Inflexion deepens its commitment to sustainability and ESG. The firm recently took steps toward achieving carbon-neutral status in 2021 and reducing flying-related emissions.

Simon Turner, managing partner of Inflexion, said: “We are proud to have increased our sustainability efforts over the last two years, and bringing on board someone of Jennie’s pedigree to lead this important area reflects our commitment to ESG. Her depth of experience will help shape our future efforts in this crucial area.”
