Inflexion promotes Pattison
Inflexion has promoted Ben Pattison to head of finance and Ionela Serbenco to fund accounting manager.
Pattison joined Inflexion in 2014. He was previously senior financial accountant at IPG. Prior to that he spent 10 year at Target Chartered Accountants where he was a manager.
Serbenco joined Inflexion in 2018 as a fund accountant and in 2020 was promoted to fund controller. Previously, she spent two and a half years at fund administrator Augentius as part of the client services team, where she worked with various funds across different asset classes.
Pattison and Serbenco’s promotions are part of a number of ascensions with the GP, which include Richard Booth, Sergio Ferrarini, Jon Ma and Sarah Gestetner all being promoted to partner. Roddy Green, Matt McKinlay, Nick Rosenberg and Robin Senivassen have been promoted to investment directors, whilst Sam McPhail, Marcus Ward, Melanie Campbell and Alice Lawson have been promoted to assistant directors.
