Novata partners with Watershed

by Matthias Plötz 20 December 2022

Novata has partnered with Watershed Finance, a climate platform, to support private equity firms with ESG disclosure and investor reporting.

Through the partnership, Novata’s clients should be able to leverage Watershed’s services covering financed emissions, actionable pathways to net zero and climate advisory. In turn, the company hopes this will support GPs with their disclosure requirements and investor requests for ESG data transparency.

“Private markets are key to the climate transition but have lacked rigorous, comprehensive tools to support this critical work,” Watershed co-founder Taylor Francis said in a statement.
