ACA Group expands managed services offering

by Matthias Plötz 2 November 2022

ACA Group has expanded its managed services offering with the aim of supporting firms through growing regulatory pressures and challenges arising from talent attraction and retention.

The company has combined its outsourced task management with its regulatory technology tool “ACAComplianceAlpha”, aiming to increase efficiency by reducing costs, turnaround times and freeing up clients’ resources.

Carlo di Florio, global advisory leader at ACA, said in a statement: “The escalating pace of regulatory change, compliance talent cost pressures, budget constraints, and threat of recession is creating capacity, recruitment and retention challenges for many firms. Yet the pressure from increased global regulatory requirements is only growing. This challenge leaves firms in danger of creating risky exposure gaps in their compliance program.”

Additionally, ACA hopes to reduce firms’ key person risk, mitigate burnout and lower the risk of turnover by allowing them to further outsource day-to-day tasks.

The service aims to be scalable to clients’ needs and internal governance processes.

“As regulatory change continues, new compliance challenges will undoubtedly emerge, which is why firms need a managed service partner that is adaptive to changes in the regulatory landscape,” Florio added.
