HC Global Fund Services adopts Astrella

AST Private Company Solutions (AST PCS) has partnered and integrated with fund administrator HC Global Fund Services.

The partnership follows AST PCS’s recent launch of Astrella, the firm’s cloud-based SaaS platform. Astrella manages private company ownership data. The platform combines private blockchain technology, artificial intelligence and predictive analytics to provide audit-ready ownership tracking.

According to AST PCS vice president Paul Arens, companies on the Astrella platform will have integrated cap table management plus valuation offering with scalable software and bespoke fund admin services. “By building an integration connecting HC Global and Astrella, our joint clients will have a seamless and efficient experience, saving everyone time and money,” he said.

Based in San Francisco, HC Global Fund Services offers fund admin, management company, tax compliance, financial statement preparation, middle office, investor relations services to private equity, venture capital, fund of funds, real estate, lending funds, family offices and investment advisors.

This is the second fund administrator partnership for Astrella in recent months. In July, AST PCS partnered with Standish Management, which counts 1,800 funds under administration and reports to more than 30,000 LPs.
