Holland Mountain promotes two

Holland Mountain has promoted Kimberly Ellis and Jonathan Connelly to associate directors.

Ellis joined Holland Mountain in 2017 as an analyst and has risen through the ranks to her most recent position, where she heads up portfolio monitoring, valuations and ESG. Prior to joining she spent 18 months at PwC where she was a business analyst. In this role, she supported clients on various projects including M&A, compliance and regulatory change, redress & remediation programmes as well as tech implementations.

Connelly joined the business in September 2020 and has since been a managing consultant. He is the practice lead for back office functions, focusing on fund and corporate finance. Prior to joining, he spent seven years at Grant Thornton, where he rose through the ranks from associate to financial services audit manager. Connelly is a qualified chartered accountant.
