Kapashi joins Dawn

As a CFO, she is responsible for all areas of finance, treasury, tax, financial planning, strategy, compliance, governance and operations. Throughout her career, she has built extensive experience across private equity and venture capital, start-ups and fintech as well as family office and entrepreneurial businesses.

She joins from TruFin, a consolidator of Fintech companies, where she spent two years in the same position. Prior to this role, Kapashi worked as head of finance at Inflexion Private Equity for four-and-a-half years and Oakley Capital for nearly six years.

She was also previously corporate controller at Coller Capital. Kapishi started her career as an accountant, where she worked for various companies as financial and European controller and head of finance and administration.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Cardiff University.

Founded in 2005, London-based Dawn Capital is an early stage venture fund which focuses on enterprise software and fintech.
