Ogier has promoted Tommy Tuohy to partner in its banking and finance team in the Cayman Islands.

Tuohy has spent seven years at the firm, most recently as managing associate.

He has gained particular knowledge on leveraged, corporate, project and asset finance. He advises on subscription lines, NAV and hybrid facilities.

Prior to working at Ogier, Tuohy gained experience as a banking and finance consultant at Gilbert & Tobin, and a solicitor at William Fry.

Ogier’s global head of banking and finance Katrina Edge commented on Tuohy’s appointment: “Tommy is a fantastic lawyer whose expertise and strong connections with clients and intermediaries further strengthens our team in the Cayman Islands.”
