SDCL acquires Volery Capital

Sustainable Development Capital LLP (SDCL) has acquired US-based private equity firm Volery Capital in a bid to expand its footprint across the states.

SDCL is a specialist investment firm whereas Volery Capital focuses its efforts on the energy industry.

Going forward, Volery’s team, led by managing partner Emanuel Citron and partners Michael Pertnoy and Cort Ahl, will oversee SDCL’s private equity business.
