Throgmorton launches CFO & COO Solutions

by Alice Murray 30 November 2020

Throgmorton has launched an outsourced service for the CFO and COO function.

The CFO & COO Solutions team will work with asset managers to provide the service, which aims to be efficient and cost-effective. The service offers key man risk mitigation as well as flexibility support across various jurisdictions.

The CFO service provides an external resource for navigating the financial components of a company’s strategic plan. It includes day-to-day management of the finance function, providing advice on financial matters and working with the C-suite.

The COO service includes start-up advice, oversight of legal and accounting services, strategic business analysis and middle and back office advisory.

Julie Ferguson, head of CFO & COO Solutions and co-head of Compliance Solutions, Throgmorton commented: “We are pleased to announce the launch of our Outsourced CFO & COO function which allows clients to significantly reduce the time and financial burden of building an inhouse team, enabling them to focus on their core competency of generating returns”
