Apexanalytix acquires ESG Enterprise
Apexanalytics has acquired ESG Enterprise.
ESG Enterprise provides managers with climate-objective software solutions, including a front-end data management platform and AI supply chain analytics services.
The acquisition will increase Apexanalytics’ proficiency in helping its clients manage supply-chain information, as well as its ability to monitor risks and opportunities through an ESG lens. It will assist clients to adopt sustainable objectives. Overall, the integration of ESG Enterprise will expand the vendor's capabilities beyond data management.
From ESG Enterprise’s perspective, it will continue to serve current customers with the aim of expanding, retaining an API-friendly interface and remaining freely available to suppliers.
“Joining Apex will enable us to make even more of an impact by helping more companies measure and therefore manage the full spectrum of sustainability risks and opportunities throughout their customers’ large and complex operations and supply chains,” said Alan Lee, CEO of ESG Enterprise. “We look forward to continuing to innovate and further build out our technology for their benefit.”
Danny Thompson, SVP of market and product strategy for Apex, said: “When it comes to sustainability, requirements and objectives can vary widely from company to company, [and by] industry and region. We are committed to giving our clients the power and flexibility to meet their business objectives, and helping them manage the ESG footprints of both their operations and supply chains is a key part of that.”
The acquisition follows the launch of ESG Enterprise’s sustainability solution in November 2022, assisting firms with their net-zero goals.
