Eurazeo chair Olivier Millet joins LPeC board
LPeC, the platform for listed private capital companies, has appointed Eurazeo executive board member Olivier Millet to its board.
Millet began his career in private equity in 1990 at 3i and then Barclays Private Equity. He has also served as chairman of the French private equity association France Invest. Leading Eurazeo PME for the past 14 years, Millet joined the executive board of Eurazeo Group in 2018.
With 30 years’ experience in the private equity sector, Millet will provide expertise and insight to the LPeC Board. His appointment will also support the continuing growth of LPeC’s global and European reach.
Following Millet’s appointment, the board will increase to a total of eight. The LPeC Board has the responsibility for LPeC’s overall governance, relations with its members, committees, and the monitoring of financial performance and external communications.
The board currently comprises: Mark Florman, chairman LPeC and chairman/CEO of Time Partners; Richard Boleat, chairman CVC Credit Partners; Stuart Hastie, director in the PE team, BMO Global Management; Andrew Lebus, a senior member of the Pantheon investment team; David Till, co-founder of Oakley Capital Group; Kristof Vande Capelle, CFO of Gimv; Susanne Zeidler, CFO Beteiligungs AG.
