Formidium launches Razor State Consulting

by Silvia Saccardi 1 March 2023

Formidium has launched Razor State Consulting to provide financial accounting and operations support.

Fund managers may benefit from the service’s support with shadow accounting, compliance and technology support, operations improvement, onboarding assistance and tax preparation.

Razor State will also be available for pre-IPO companies for cap table management.

"As both a former fund manager and early-stage venture investor, I know the hurdles that entrepreneurs face, and I wanted to help. Our team consists of highly trained professionals who are experienced in financial accounting and operations. We provide our clients with services at a lower cost while still delivering the same level of expertise as a traditional in-house team," commented Shalin Madan, co-founder and CGO at Formidium.

The launch follows Talos’s partnership with Formidium in January 2023, which aimed to automate fund administration and tax accounting processes.
